Tony & Anna were a pleasure to deal with, very professional and friendly, I would highly recommended Ballards.

Recently demolished our 3 bedroom house. Didn’t try to rip us off like the two other quotes we got. Sent sample of cladding off for asbestos testing which the others didn’t. The others just said they’d factor in asbestos to the cost. Ended up Ballards came in at HALF the price of the other two. They sifted the ground to get debris out and smoothed off the site. Tony was great to deal with and I highly recommend them. Now to show I wasn’t asked to give a review at all, I had two kind of negatives: the water line got hit twice. Once before I told them where it was and once after but in hindsight I should have marked it out on the ground. And there is still bits of concrete and tile in the sand. HOWEVER, unless Tony had a collender he’d never get these bits out and I’m being pedantic.

Ballard’s Earthmoving & demolition is prompt with me on all documentation work and nicely executes the whole demolition process. They can’t be easily beat on price too.Tony took only three days to knock down our three-bedroom house. Site has a fair bit of asbestos and Tony was following all protocols and procedures prior to knocking the building to make sure the site is free of asbestos. They move earth and give a good finish look to the site before leaving. We will highly recommend Ballard’s for your demolition job.

Everything went extremely well, and huge thank you to the whole team. The team on site did a terrific job, everything went smoothly and their attention to detail in leaving the site spotless was greatly appreciated. Communication with Anna & Anthony through the process and with the team when they were here was clear and easy.
